Mounting an Ipaq Suggestions

I have recently obtained a Bluetooth GPS Receiver off ebay cost £55 including P&P. It is about the size of a small mobile phone. Came recommended from a guy at work who had bought one. So as I have an Ipaq with Fugawi Mapping software and Pocket Streets installed, I took it out in the mini and was impressed with the tracking results.

So now I am looking for a mounting bracket for an Ipaq RX3715, has anyone got any suggestions ????

I was going to buy the Kuda mount, but then I saw this thread:

http://www.mini2.com/forum/showthrea...0&page=1&pp=15

So I chose to go with this cheap method instead, and bought the following magnetic holder:

I've only had my PDA (IPAQ 4150) in the car twice so far but it seems secure.

As long as the ipaq is bluetooth I'd go for a Bluetooth GPS receiver, that way you don't have to worry about routing all of the cables.

Mine is a wired receiver, I run TomTom 5.

I've got the power cables running under the dash (i.e. behind the radio) and coming out under the steering column.

the MINI has gone...

Here's my solution, brought the no holes mount from mike the mini, then with strong velcro on the mount and on the back on the PDA (for ease for taking it off at night etc). I use a bluetooth GPS, alot less messy and have again velcroed that to the dash.

All in all, i went for the less mess look!! as i think too many wire, vent mounts spoil the interior

Yeah I used to have mine mounted on a no holes bracket too but with the powered cradle it stuck out too far, plus when navigating I found myself looking away from the road too often when it was there.
