How do i take my gear knob and hand brake off my 2005 mini one - MINI Cooper Forum

England How do i take my gear knob and hand brake off my 2005 mini one

I want to replace the gear knob with a cooper s gear knob and the hand brake with a cooper s hand brake but cant take either of the old ones off

Is there a link to show me how to do this

To pull your knob off put the car in second, take a firm grab & just pull.
It takes quite a bit of force, but trust me it'll come off
