Which dealer in London for white marks on roof

Hi, just wondering what experience people have with dealers in London with the problems with their roofs. I've got white marks on my roof and wanted to take it to the dealers to get it sorted out. Its a 2005 car. Do all the dealers have to replace them without any quibbling or are there certain ones who are better to go to in London?

Don't try Hexagon in Kentish town, flat out refused to change the canvas despite holes becoming apparent, took it back to the original dealer after leaving london they took one look and booked it in a few days later
