Question Convertible floor mats (sounds & is a bit dull....)

Eagerly awaiting delivery of our new MCSC next week I asked the dealer about obtaining rubber floor mats for it. We used to have them in our last MC and they were great for winter.

I was suprised to be told that MINI don't make them for the convertible as the floor is a differant shape to the hatchback.

If this is the case how and where do I obtain rubber floor mats?

Thanks

Nick

Bought my "winter" mats last week - £24 from the stealer - only bought front - fit fine. Speak to the parts people rather than the sales chap(esse)s, they generally seem more clued.

As per all of the above....

The front mats are the same be it hard or soft top... so you can get rubber fronts no problem at all!

Rear mats are a different shape...

Yep - I moved mine over from the MCS to the MCSC and no problem.

I had the original mats from my previous hard-top and they fit front and rear. Sure, the rears don't fit 100% perfectly but they fit well enough even though there is (unbelievably) even less foot room in the back than with the hard top...

This is the second winter of top-down motoring for me so I need the rubber floormats to keep the snow off the carpet!
