Yes you can.

You can also leave it in place but collapse it down so it lies flat to help with rear visibility when you've got the roof up.

Can someone please tell me how to fold this thing??? I picked up an unexpected passenger on a run yesterday, so my dog had to ride in the backseat. I couldn't figure out how to fold up the screen so just propped it up behind the driver's seat. Unfortunately, now it has a hole in it (thank you Baby Girl), but I think I can use a standard screen door repair kit to take care of that.

Hopefully this will make sense, as it's difficult to explain without being able to show you.

Firstly, you need to fold the upright section down so that the deflector is flat. There are four pins that locate into the holes in the sides of the car, you need to be looking at the two that are at the front when it is in place. Each pin has a handle that slides it backwards and forwards. One of these handles has 2 arrows on it rather than one. The one with 2 arrows has a hinge at one end (the end furthest from the pin) Before sliding this handle back you need to pull it away from the bar it is mounted to, it will then slide further back than it normally does. Sliding it back this bit further releases the catch that keeps the deflector rigid, allowing you to fold it in half.

That reminded me ... the wind break had been sat in its carryall since the mini was purchased. I've just installed it. Completely forgot about it ... doh.

Who wants my wind deflector??? It's got a small hole the size of a dime (or a five pence for you British folks) thanks to my bulldog's toenail.

No money wanted. Just pay for postage. Let me know if you're interested. Otherwise it's going in the trash next Thursday (that's like throwing away US$400!!!).
