Strange! Mine is very definitley blue, but goes grey in overcast weather (a lot of that recently ) I would certainly not say it's anything towards lilac.....

Ok maybe lilac was not the best description of colour maybe but the picture of the flower i hvae attached is similar to your colour on your car. It is definately girly.

If I post a picture of a red rose that will be much closer to Chili Red than your flower is to Cool Blue, would that make Chili Red girly colour too?

I'm afraid your argument is basically unsound - the MINI is absolutely unisex. If I wanted a girly car, I'd probably be driving a Peugeot 206CC.......

Of much greater interest, surely, is what colours MINI might replace the outgoing ones with?

BTW, sun's out, my car is looking VERY blue today!

Jon and Ian this makes yours even more special then!

Shame that a convertible only colour doesn't exist anymore but MINI's move on and it makes the existing ones more or less sought after I suppose.

Whats this about bright white? Silver White? Sounds lovely!

Gold was one of my least favourite MINI colours! Who would have gold and chrome together on one car? Its like wearing gold and silver rings on the same hand! Sorry no offense to gold owners just not my cup of tea!

Ok ok cool blue is not girly

I like gold on a car but mainly because it remind me of my dads gold car in the 1970s, and as the Mini is kind of retro it does go well i think.

Arctic Silver.... basically a very bright silver, almost white.

It's going to be Sidewalk only though, not available on the whole convertible range.

Hmm - trying to get everyone to buy Sidewalks? That way they can batch build, maybe?

I wonder - will they do a special end-of-model Works GP Cabrio? THAT would be worth waiting for!

In the US, White Silver will probably be available through the convertible range. Exclusive exterior colors have usually been available here without having to get the special edition.

My wife tells me Hot Orange is a girly color. As she says, every time we park the MINI, girls-and ladies-come over to admire it.

I fail to see this as a problem.

Improvise, adapt, and overcome.
