| buying a new cooper s convertible Hi Everyone. I have been following the forums for a while and am just about ready to buy my fisrt mini- hopefully a cooper s convertible. Just looking for answers to couple of questions- I am trying to decide which year to buy- are there any differences between a 2005 and a 2008 model ( I am not going to be able to afford the new 2009 model). Also ihave only been able to test drive a manual which I absolutely loved- most of the options that are around at present are automatics- I am not able to get hold of one to test drive as they are at the other end of the country- how much fun is the automatic to drive- is it a compromise! Thanks for your help |
