Non-functioning top

Hello all, my top will not operate on an 06 convertible (non S). I have tried the remedies suggested in the owners manual and no luck. When I press the top down button, absolutely nothing happens. No sound, movement or lights. Here is what I have tried so far:
1. Check switch under rear package shelf. Opened both levers, raised rear portion of top and package shelf. Drop package shelf and relatch top. Nothing changed.
2. Reset windows, lower all windows then raise. Again no luck.
3. Check (and replaced) fuse. Still no go.

I have run out of suggestions, any ideas? The other thing that I have done recently is change batteries, is there some master reset that needs to be performed? I did the window reset and my windows do drop when I grab the door latch, so that should be ok.
