Cooper s 54 plate with 87000 miles

I've been offered a cooper s convertible with 87000 miles on it(fsh) but i need to make an offer on it!!
Would anybody buy one of these with this mileage and how much do you think it'd be worth?

I have my Mini Cooper S convertible 2005 plated that has done 226,000Km (Mainly high speed freeway KM's). I've owned the car from new and it is still tight and reliable. Vehicle comes off lease in Oct 2012 valued at $AU7K. Original purchase price was $55K.

I plan to keep the car as I would not get anything for it in the market as people believe a car with over 100,000KM is ready for the rubbish pile or will cost a bomb in maintenance.
