DIY Service history HELP! Newbie!

Hi guys and girls,

I'm new to the forum and need a bit of a help. Been after a Cooper hatch/cab for about 6 weeks now (apparently the facelift around 05/06 in good nick is hard to find in black!) and have spied a really nice cabrio with low mileage. It's only got 46k on the clock and is an 04 reg, but I'm a little unsure as to the service history. Could you tell me if this is normal or dodgy please?

Registered 2004 then serviced in:
- 2005 at 12k
- 2006 at 15k
- 2009 at 25k
- 2010 at 33k
- latest service to be completed by dealer upon purchase.

I know Minis have variable service history, but the large gaps worry me despite the very low mileage inbetween. Is it normal, or should I walk away?

Looks fine to me.....low mileage cars often have longer gaps but should go in every 2 years regardless of mileage but this is not really a deal breaker.
If you intend keeping any low annual mileage car a long time it can however pay to change the oil every year despite what the on board computer or dealer may say.
