I've just returned from Motor Show. The MINI folk were absolutely brilliant as was the Ministry of Owners thing and the show - well done MINI!!
As we'd originally booked to see the Cool Blue and there are none on display they took us around the back to see the cars waiting to do the Open Air Show. This picture shows the colour more accurately (at least on my monitor!!) than the brochure in natural light I think (although it's one of those colours that changes as you move around the car - from the back it looked much more like the brochure). I quite like it, but the wife doesn't so we've changed our spec yet again (Spec 5...)
Can post a picture of the wing mirror wall and blurry pics of the Open Air Theatre if anyone is interested.

Parc 77, please don't change from an S to a Cooper Convertible for the sake of a drop top (you'll regret the power difference!) However, go for an S Convertible if you can!!! I'm trading in my MCS for a MCS Convertible.
I know - I wont just tempting seeing all those new options - esp when my MCS is only March 2004 ill probably leave it a year or so and then go for an S Convertable Works
These Open Air pics are more "atmospheric" than good! The show is much better than indicated by these. I've also included the wall of mirror caps (cool blue middle top, bep middle 2nd row, hyper blue middle 3rd row, four flip colours in bottom right quadrant) - not much use probably, and a pic of the black-eyed purple although the purple doesn't show so well in this pic - quite dramatic in the flesh...
