Wind Deflector Bag

Hi,

Has anybody worked out how the straps should be used on the wind deflector bag.
They seem to be configured to hook round or over something but what.
So far the bag just sits on the back seat, but the shaping of the straps makes me
think that they could be used for something.

Any idea, or what anybody's dealer explained it to them ?

two black rubber straps are used as anti-skid assist when placed on trunk carpet.

Thanks for the reply. My bag does not have rubber bits on it just a handle made from
seatbelt type material.
