I have just traded my Jaguar for an '02 MCS. It's quite a change, but at 76 I think I can stand it. I haven't had a stick shift since my first Jaguar waaay back in 53. I think it will compliment the other car in the stable, a PT. Our daughter also has a Mini. Makes quite a sight when all are parked in the driveway.

It is crazy how a little Mini Cooper make people from different backgrounds, age, cultures, etc. to become friends. I am enjoying this, and I haven't even received my baby (MCS) YET!
I was/am also amazed how MINI "unite" people from all generations,... in our (very small) country, we had a gathering of MINI's last year and about 1/6th of them all appeared.
People were from all range, really senior in pension, who also owned original MINI, then "midrabge" = us and some very young,... in 20s,...
