United-Kingdom 6th in an S, I need a 7th

Anybody else out there feel like they need a 7th gear in the current S??

Cruising I get to 50mph and keep wanting to change gear again

That said its a great box for fun on them windy roads and I love the way 6th still has some oomph

I think if there was a 7th the car would struggle to hold it on anything but a flat road

That's your guy's fault.

Bet you wish you had a Supercharger too!? Along with a center exhaust and bonnet scoop.

Think of me in my little 1983 Mini Mayfair...

That's only got 4 gears!!

Cruising down the motorway..75-80mph, no probs. Does get a bit noisy though

Ah well my first 5-geared car coming next saturday
