supercharger pulley reduction

I have had my 52 plate cooper s chipped and a 15% reduction pulley installed. I also have a playmini cat back exhaust. I have been in a mates car who has had the same 15% reduction fitted and has also had an air induction kit fitted. His car squeals alot more than mine, it sounds awesome from the supercharger however mine sounds pretty much normal but goes like the clappers!!!!!!

does anyone know why? what can i do to mine to make the supercharger squeal??

Induction kit makes a big difference in the sound you hear from the SC.
Also if he has an '05 or newer car the newer tranny pulls harder in the lower gears.

cool, will that sound be a loud squeal that you can hear in the cabin.......just love the sound. to hear what im on about go to playmini website, click on exhausts and scroll down the page, go to in car sounds and select the hartge with induction kit- sweet

Suggest you offset your reduction pulley, say put a 1mm washer between it and the supercharger. That will really make it squeal
