Hi have a mcs with zenon headlights fitted, in a couple of weeks i am off to europe and have been told there is a way to switch the beam, so the dip is the other way, i was told to remove a cover from behind the headlight and there should be a switch? please can you help someone
Just checked out the same thing as we are off to do the Italian Job in a weeks time. If you remove the back off the lights (plastic bit with a metal clip) and look towards the bulb you can see a metal lever - just switch it down and its done
Crikey that's an excellent piece of advice... I didn't know that was possible... Off to France shortly so this will be a great help... I wonder if there will ever be an incar switch to do it for you??
I have driven in france as well without adjusting my Xenons in my Focus and noone flashed once. Not as easy to get to as the Xenons in the Mini though!
The mini is so easy to change over - the only think you have to make sure of is to clip the black plastic covers back on properly or they can work loose
