| Factory Fitted Alarm / Immoboliser Hi All Just a quik question, I have a 2005 MCS. I know that it came with a factory fitted alarm, but does it come with an immoboliser too? I only ask because insurance companies ask me what it has and I am never sure. Thanks for help in advance. FunFindus  |

| It has a Thatcham Category 1 alarm (if the alarm is fitted) and a Thatcham Category 2 immobiliser as standard. You can tell if you have an alarm by a red light in the end of the indicator stalk and you should have a box with sensors on the roof towards the back of the car. If one of these is missing you don't have the alarm option.  It was acceptable in the 80's |
