MCSa Transmission Flush - MINI Cooper Forum

I am thinking that I need to get this performed, but my mechanic thinks that performing this won't do anything. I have read on these forums that a few people had the same symptoms that I am having, performed the flush & update the software, and everything went back to perfect. I am hoping that these members or anyone else that could be of help could chime in and let me know if their MCSa are still running smooth to date. I am looking to see if this is only a temporary fix or a permanent one. Thanks.

You dont mention what symptoms your having, or am I reading it wrong

Sorry. I have read that people with similar problems with the Aisin 6 speed did a flush and software update to clear up their problems. Here is the thread that explains my problem that is the same as others.
