2006 Mini Cooper questions

Hello all, i'm the proud owner of an 2006 mini cooper i bought used a couple months ago, it has 90k miles on it and i'm enjoying it.

I do have a few concerns though, the drivers window doesn't roll completely flush with the door, like the passenger side any suggestions ?

and there's a few rattling sounds, coming from the drivers door, and center console it seems to be the center columns below the radio to the floor, they seem to be made of plastic and maybe it's just a screw to tighten up ? any thoughts ?

Very commen for the mini to rattle everywhere I got some those sticker you put under chairs at home made out of Velcro if you know what I'm on about. And put the were it was rattling works a wonder for the rattle on top the dash were hits the window
As for door it's easy to take panel off.three screws you can see and the one behind the reflector if I remember then pull it off oh and and the trimming around the door handle I think gust pulls off. Have a look see if you can find it

Befor you buy anything for the window try readying the ecu I heard someone fixed something like that by doing that
