| Cooper s starting problem I think?
Hi guys newbie here! I have bought my girlfriend a cooper s to learn to drive in plus a little toy for me till she passes her test, anyway I have an issue when starting the car, every time I start it up it revs to about 2500-3k rpm cold/hot no matter what, it just doesn't sound good for the engine especially when it's cold, so all I'm asking really is, is it normal for a cooper s to do this or does it have a sensor off or something?
Oh yeah it's a 53 plate r53 with 90k miles!
