Smile Exhaust rubbing

Hi , I've got a 52 plate cooper s and I love it but 1 thing that really gets my goat up about it is the exhaust rubbing on the rear bumper , the problem is I have a full aero kit and a milltek system on it so with the exhaust tips being larger than on a standard cooper s they're rubbing on the rear bumper and causing it to vibrate resulting in me getting stressed about it . Does anyone know how I can rectify this problem without changing back to a standard exhaust ? Or maybe I just have to live with it to hear the nice burble every morning . Nice one in advance .

You could always adjust, bend or tweak a little the rear silencer carrier bar/brackets, it will only need lowering just a fraction, any competent home mechanic could soon knock something suitable up.
Have you looked underneath? theres nothing complicated about how its supported there

Nice one , Was thinking about just bending them brackets down a little bit . Will be having a look under it tomorrow and hopefully sorting it to .
Cheers for the advice .
