Talking I'm back!

My last post was 4 and a half years ago!
I moved away from Mini to own two Audi TT's over the last 4 years. I miss my whining Cooper S to much!

I'm looking to get a 2006 R53 Cooper S, with low mileage (30k ish). This time around I want to modify it a lot more.

On a stock Cooper S (170BHP), what BHP would you expect if I was to do the following:

KMT 16% pulley
NGK plugs
2nd Gen ALTA CAI (with heat shield)
GRS Intercooler (Motorsport version)
Milltek cat back exhaust

GTT top strut brace
AP racing front big brake kit

I want to get to around 220-230BHP. So any suggestions to get this would be good. I'm guessing a GTT/Janspeed manifold, for example...

Thanks

CAI don't make much horsepower but if you're going to get one the Dave F Air Intake would be a better choice.

For tuning tips you're better off asking for advice on NAM or MT.
