Decsion day Monday: CR or IB ??

Monday's the deadline and it's hanging in the balance between CR or IB (both with white top). CR is shading it at moment but I'd like to know:

i) Is the hard red paint harder / easier to keep clean and will it be more or less likely to show small scratches etc..

Any pics of either of these combo's apppreciated.

Chili Red with Bonnet Stripes is my vote.

Tough call,

The Chili Red /White is the *Classic Mini* combination.
But That IB is really a great color.

Dark colors show dust up MUCH more than lighter colors...
But lighter colors will show road tar etc... much more...

Flip a Coin ... Either way you're getting a MINI !

was a bit worried about the red paint fading issue, but does this really still happen with cars these days ?

Also, figure I won't have the car more than say 4/5 years tops so I would have thought that fading wouldn't really be a problem until much later - any thoughts.

...it's not about changing my mind, the problem is coming to a decision. This time yesterday I'd convinced myself it should be DS/W but then decided I really ought to go the 'bright' look as opposed to serious look.

CR/W - easily the best. IB/W was my first choice, then CR/B but CR/W is best.

Go on - you know you want to!

I would have bought a CR/W Cooper S.

I didn't because I'd already owned a CR/W MINI (a Cooper - stunning in that colour combo), and I didn't want two MINIs in a row with the same colour

If you live in a sunny clime, the metallic IB will be stunning - it picks up the light well. Witthout the light it looks a darker shade of blue. The CR looks good in bright and dull weather.

Oh I give up! You can't go wrong with either colour really.

Talking IB/W all the way......

Alinnes,

Trust me go for IB/White..my dealership had an S in this colour combo and it just look so cool.

CR/W is a nice combo but red cars are as common as muck.

IB/W is the way to go..

Here are a few pictures to convince you and put that doubt out of your mind.

Pic One
Pic Two
Pic Three
Pic Four

I hope this helps

still can't decide but I think Indi might just be shading it. Probably won't really know until I go into dealership tomorrow and have to watch them enter it into the system.

If its not too late to chime in, I say go for IB/W too. It looks so nice, of course, you can't really go wrong with whatever color combo you choose for this car!
