I have a december 2002
mcs and have done 4000 miles in it. From about 3000 accompanying the usual whine of the supercharger i hear a whistling noise as well. it is especially noticable when i depress the clutch to change gear when revs were previously above 3000. please help as i do notmknow whehter this is normal or not and i want to have some knowledge before going to my dealer with the problem so they arent able to fob me off and say it is fine without checking it. also i might need to tell them what is wring with it as bmw technicians seem not to know much about supercharger systems through lack of previous experience.
