Man, I hope people don't start thinking this way about rear fog lights. That would really suck.

Blue xenons? The illumination from xenons does not have a blue cast to it. At least mine don't. You're thinking of halogen lamps, which *do* have a blue cast.

As for fog lights: I love 'em. They work really well in the proper conditions because they illuminate the road and not the fog (duh).

I *have* noticed that a lot of SUV owners seem to keep their fog lights on all the time, perhaps without realizing it's like two sets of headlights behind you when driving a more normal sized cage.

I can´t believe that you are considering to sacrifice an amount of 150 percent (!) extra quantity of light for preserving the colour uniformity.
Is car headlamps about being beautiful or about seeing in the dark? Apart from that do I think that most of the people interested in cars find the Xenons better-looking and more stylish, independent from fog lights or other attributes of styling.
