| Nah, a white roofie would never do such a thing Martin. In The Netherlands we have a saying: "Such as the host (read black roofie) is, as such he trusts his guests (read white roofie)" I'm very disappointed in you Martin  And that is not the first time either BTW it would take a darn good picture of a black roof to upset a white roofie. |

| Cool, my estimated production date has jumped from 08/09 to 07/12! MINI is now going back in time to produce the cars. Looks like that factory is more advanced than we were led to believe. SO, it doesn't matter WHAT color you choose. You can always time-travel and change your car before it gets painted. PS/B MCS, bonnet stripes, everything but the satnav, 17" S-Lites |

| I might have to ditch the leather Martin...Im rethinking my budget.......as its a second car, Im wondering if I should spend so much money, Im looking at € 35,000.00, say £21,500 sterling or $ 35,000 USD..lot of dosh....I could get down to around € 31,000.00 with metallic, Chilli, DSC, Alarm and CD only........confusion though....... No TLC available here, you guys are lucky to have that option ! |

| Those black roofies might have the birds 'paint' their black roof white once in a while Aiden: I also began to doubt whether I made the right choice of roof colour. That is, until I saw the DS/w for the first time in the flesh tonight. It was only two blocks away from where I live which is definitely un- Not only will I not have the first MCS in Rotterdam, it will be 'just' a 2nd DS/w too  On the other hand there will only be 100 2002 S's in the Netherlands so why bother.... Anyway, the white roof really looked the biz to me, and I'm really convinced I made the right choice now |

| The black roof dark silver is a cooler look. I've ordered the black roof version BTW. I've seen a white roof version (up close and in detail) and I take back what I said, they do look neat. But the black roof just (and I mean just) edges it for me. May the force be with you... |

| Imagine if the MINI convertible is released with differently colored roof options...and a choice of hardtop or softtop. Oh my - the combinations will drive people nutz! Hard/Soft x Black/White + Black/White/Body-color x Cooper/Cooper S = 10 combinations. And that's after you've already driven yourself mad deciding the BODY color!
