Havent a clue...we seem to get generally shafted over here in relation to cars - we have a really low base price, then they add VRT (another word for Excise Duty, to confuse the EU), then 21% VAT...crazy prices.......

Only a 1 year warranty too........

DS/B far too subtle

I originally ordered a DS/B Cooper S cause it look excellent under the lights in the showroom... But one dark rainy night I passed one and it just looked far too suntle for my liking...

The next day I was straight into the dealer for a roof colour change!!!

I think that the Cooper S's colours are either the EB/W or the DS/W... there is no mistakingit for anything else when its in those colours... Kind of like that illumious green the M3 comes in - if you haven't seen it yet u don;t know what your missing - now that is one [i]CRAZY[i] colour...

Has anyone seen the blue/black part leaher trim - any photos????

This car is going to lose me my license one day. I LOVE IT!!!

Dark Silver/Black Cooper S Chilli Shiny Red Brake Calipers

The biggest grin on the planet & the envy of all my friends!

blue black half leather looks good but to be honest I've just gone through the exact same delemma myself.
Full leather is full leather I think after much deliberation this IS the way forward. If you've already got a chilli pack it's only an upgrade price & I think it's good value. thats my opinon anyway, hope it helps!

I had the half leather blue/black with my Chii car. Originally the computer had me down for full leather as half leather wasn't available back in March, but I changed it earlier in the summer. Thought the full leather might be a bit too slippy in the tight bends.

Big mistake. Now really wish I'd stuck with the full leather. In just a fortnight, both cloth seats are marked - one by the dealer, one by me - and stubbornly resist all attempts to shift the marks. Mine was caused by nice greasy leather conditioner - don't know what the dealership did to mark the other seat, but it hardly seems worth making a fuss over one seat when the other was my fault. And we're about to have a baby to vomit all over the back seats.

Next time, I will pick full leather.

Ordered my "S" August '01. Arrived July '02. EB with white roof, wheels and stripes, Chili pack, DSC and climate control. Hate those 17" runflats though.

Can now be seen all over the West Midlands, as a blue blur passing everything at speed

It's occurred to me lately that with 5700 miles on the MCS, I think the music's been on for only 4 or 5 hours! The sound of the S at work is plenty entertaining. The exhaust note's fine, but the blower is the real star.

Are there any other pictures of a Red/white S with both stripes and the light kit? That's the first one I recall seeing, and it's what we're getting. More, please.
