tough choice, the time of waiting for the new tintop could be used to save to make the new one easier to buy or even go for an S, but you could be enjoying summer with the roof off like so many others

tough call mate

nice plan

apparently the Range Rover sport is really hitting X5 sales hard at the moment due to the new shape due on the X5. But word is only keep the Range Rover while you have it in warranty, as when things go wrong they are usually BIG and costly

Mikey - just thinking of you!

Mrs ABG is finding the Tomtom Go700 a pain to take in and out of our 987S.

Could a fixed Kenwood satnav system be fitted to it or does the Porsche electrics make it impossible?

I've seen a quote and it would cost £3300 to have a Porsche dealer retrofit a Porsche satnav

The new shape X5 is the reason I decided against the 4.6is in favour of the Cayenne S.
I think the facelift Cayenne will be a headache for both of them. Build quality (or lack of) apart the RR Sport is just too slow - even the top of the range Supercharged 4.2 V8 only manages 0-60 in 7.2, the same as our mid range Cayenne S.

At £3.3k to retrofit I'd rather sell the car and buy one with it built-in.

I don't understand why BMW are taking so long to compete the update of the 3 series range
