| So about the GP's... does anyone know when we are likely to see the first of them coming through?? I almost bought anoher MINI last week to replace the clio... I resisted, but tbh it would have been nice to have 2 MINI's on the driveway  |

| yeah started talking to sales about Z4s while mine was being worked on. Had a sit in a 2.5SE in the showroom that had just come in new from the factory & was unallocated which the sales guy hinted was negotiable on price, but it was completely base spec & in black which i wouldn't want particularly. he was supposed to talk to the mini sales manager about a price for mine & arrange a test drive in a 3 litre on friday arvo. needless to say i'm still waiting for him to call back.....  |

| the excel in failing to follow up. i had to ask at reception for a salesman as there were none on the floor at all, just lots of people wandering around clutching bits of paper & ignoring customers. |

| I had to chase up my salesman for a price on the Demo i had out! ........guess what?........ ....they had sold the feckin thing!!  Had the bl**dy thing for a weekend and they didn't even have the courtesy to ring to see if I was interested!  |

| This thread is verging on being insanely long! MB, love the mods you got done, thought the mini was looking really good on the day, obviously enhanced by some heavy duty cleaning! |

| Cheers i missed you on the day....... far too many people about. shockingly the only thing i did was wipe the wheels over then polished it when i got bored! I spent most of the day sorting out all the embarassing things for Caroline's birthday  |
