I'm sure it's in their brochure
As long as the suspension isn't lowered and the brakes fit within my x-lites, they're upgrades I'll be looking to get

Even when pushing it?????
A really hard braking manouver from about 80mph is all that an MCS can handle, after that the brakes smoke
Fade is not apparent, but the smoking is unsettling and gives you a lack of confidence.

Martin
You took your old car to the ring. How did the brakes cope there?

I think that is the problem with the brakes. They will stop you, but don't give much confidence

When I rent to the 'ring I purposely didn't work the brakes hard at all knowing that what they were like already
I first discovered their failings on the run we had to Mallory park. I remember following Phat and Bad Manners down a dual carriageway, we got up to about 90mph and then a round about. They braked hard and went through smoothly (both had Coopers at the time) and I applied the brakes really hard, car squirmed alot, Bad Manners rear got closer and closer and luckiy he lifted and shot through the round about. I was left there with smoke pouring from my brakes
Same thing happened on the MK dry run too. We had to stop several times during the run so that the brakes could cool

BRG the Cooper doesn't have this problem as it's a lighter car

I've never had then smoking. I think it's down to the way you drive, some people are more heavy on their brakes than others. I use the gears as much as the brakes to adjust my speed.
