| Dare I say it, its probably more fun...not quite as quick but more fun....We all know how good the mins are at changing direction.... For distance I would take the M3 everytime for a quick blast down my favourite backroad the JCW...The M3 only gets really good at speeds which are quite hairy Makes a lovely noise though.... 2011 CR/B JCW |

| But that'll mean I'll be carless until my new one arrives  I need a car to get to and from work, so I just can't do that... Insurance????  I forgot about that. My new insurers Esure won't let me have any modifications to my car, hence the low premium. My new policy starts on Saturday, so looks like I'll have to wait a year until I up the power otherwise I'll need to change insurers, probably pay an exit fee and then pay about £300-£500 more for insurance Good thing you mentioned it Mo Looks like the superlight x-lite MCS is the route for me Does metallic paint weigh more then solid  MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. | £17,465 for my new MCS Even if I do only get £16k for my car it'll only cost me £1.5k to change Looks like this prospect is definately on the horizon. Spec is as follows: IB/W Chilli - will swap for white x-lites Climate Boost/CD Trip Comp Heated mirrors MFSW DSC 1st Aid kit Rain sensing wipers/visibilty pack ...any stooopid items I can do without I know if I drop the Boost/cd and get an aftermarket I'll drop the MFSW unless it still can work with a head unit get MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. | Ditch the Climate, Trip Comp and Vis Pack then and you'll have saved yourself £500 and alot of weight.  It'd also mean you'd only have to pay £1k for a new car.I'd ditch the Boost CD also but stick with the MFSW. I've looked into in it and adaptors are available for most manufacturers now. |

| It's the turn of the white roof again My forth MINI will have a black roof I hope the forth MINI will be some rear engined "special". A bit like the V6 clio, but with a BMW V8 unit in it maybe one of the 3.5-4.5 units maybe A straight 6 unit won't fit I think so we'll have to settle for a V8 unit unfotunately All costing about £30k I hope MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. CR/W MCS - £14605 Chilli - £1370 Works - £3500 DSC - £210 Heated mirrors - £40 FAK/WT - £25 TLC - £100 £19,850 Under £20k, £4k cost to change   Works upgrade and new car for only £500 more then a works upgrade....
