You guys have started to convince me that there is life outside of MINI.....

I do think that this will be my last MINI, how long it stays for I dont know to be honest, but I really do fancy driving something else now. I am getting to the age where I need something a bit softer TBH...I have even found myself looking at Merc's thinking I really would like one of those.

Mercs?

I'm the same - I want to try other cars for a while

I think you need an RS4 drive Neil? Going back to an E46 M, well it might not be the same to revisit it, something new nmight appeal more?

In truth I found a titanium silver M3 low mileage on a 55 plate with all the right spec on it around the the same time as I ordered the R56 and talked myself out of it on the basis that I had been there and done that. I really do like the new E92 3 series coupe, but something is stopping me from putting my money on one.

Maybe I do need to cast the net a bit wider. I did like the TT and was impressed by the S3 I tried last weekend so maybe I should try an RS4.....

No harm in a test drive anyway

I've been in BMWs for 10 years now, but I do feel happy to try, and even buy other brands too We are VERY happy with the TT , so another Audi product would appeal

My only problem with Audi is that the local dealers are not very good....and I have always had this good relationship with Wollaston which makes me think twice about going elsewhere....

Slightly off topic i have specced a Fiat Panda this week....

I love how they give you the option of 'subwoofer' - how many manufacturers do that?

My mother now has the 100bhp Panda and she LOVES it!! i have to say for what it cost, it really isn't a bad car and she doesn't really drive that far - just local journeys here and there - so it's a great car for her. I call it her pimpmobile as it has dark windows in the back!!!
