The longer I leave the decision to change my MCS the more the cost of change will be. I'm very tempted to put a deposit down today for a new MCS delivery sometime in September...
Would you just precivier with my car and save £1500 of cut your loses now and go for it????

I reckon at £1500 it is good value to change, if that is what you want to do.
Dont forget that residuals for the S are still good and although they will always be a good buy they will go down as more used ones appear on the market.

you need to check to see how long that £1500 cost to change is for. Normally they only confirm that price for the month as Glass's will send out new price guides at the end of each month. I would assume therefore the £1500 figure is for them to take your car within the next 2 weeks.

You could be without a car for 2-3 mths.

i dont really agree with the ideas you have about estates martin, its a huge departure from a MINI!

and im sure you could get an S2000 for £25k new! and finally, if you get an RS focus i promise i will never talk to you again!!

RS focus it is for me then shroty

I'm going to give MINI one final try I think, third time lucky
In about an hour I'm going over to spec up a new car and see what options I've got and maybe take the plunge and get financing for a JCW
£22k for a MINI is still a hard pill to swallow and I still can't justify it as yet

MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime

i'll justify it for you then martin..... justified!

RS focus is an absolute dog on real roads apparently.

22k is a lot but resale value will be strong. besides, you might as well buy cars and enjoy yourself before you settle down with a woman, because then you can forget about it!

Being a bit of an old duffer...I used to have an Astra GTE 16v and that could be a bit of a handfull....chassis could not cope with power etc....so I amused to a bit of torque steer
