Hose measurement on Throttle body intake?

Can anyone help me on this matter, I need the measurements on the hose air intake that goes to the throttle body. I am planning to put the SPIRALMAX in it. Reason being is that I have used this product on my 97 Hyundai Elantra SW and it work very well . Hopefully, it will resolve the dreaded SURGE problem on our "Sss" which BMW cannot resolve. Silver something to think about the air that comes thru the throttle body.. must go thru the SC and the intercooler before reaching the Fuel injectors. By the time it does so the spiral effect will be lost and you will have no better adamaztion(how ever you spell it) than if you didnt install the device. The SC alone will change the wind path making that device uneffective. If you put it on a Reg cooper where there is nothing between the throttle body and the intake injectors you will have the benifits of the device. something to think about.
