7 Weeks early!!

my mcs is comin 7 weeks early!!

was on the phone to the dealer today to talk about gettin my private plate tranfered and she mentioned my car will be there next week instead of the end of march / start of april time i was given origionally.

also sold my old car 2day as well so i thought great i'll wait til the first of march and have the 04 plate (even though my private plate is goin on i thought i may as well wait the extra couple of weeks for a new plate) then i realised my insurance company said i cant get insured til i'm 21!! this isnt until the 12th of march!! !! also booked a holiday for then as i thought my car wouldnt be there til the end of the month.

so after all that i'll get my car on the 12th of march then go on holiday a couple of days later and have to leave my new toy for a week.

or do you think i should get it on the 1st of march and just play with it in the garage til i can drive it, or is that just childish

How lucky (and unlucky) is that!!

My MCS is due 20th of April, and it would be great if it came early!!

My mate ordered his Cooper in October, and was told it would be the start of Jan when he would get his... and it arrived start of December!!

Cancel the holiday mate... you won't be able to enjoy it when you know you have an MCS on the drive at home with 0 miles gathering dust!!

was considering giving it to me old man for the first couple of weeks so it would be run in by the time i got it, but then again it wud of had it's newness takin away.

Leave it at the dealer until you get back.... you can't leave it home alone!

I really hope this is a new trend in the MINI delivery times I'm not sure I can manage to wait until the middle of March!

I wrote a letter of complaint to Mini uk as id had so many faults on my car (friday night car ? i think) and they offered me a new MCS they took my spec for the car last week and said I would have it by the end of Feb - worst case scenario first week in March.
