Unhappy Brake pad warning light

I have a Cooper S with 19,000 miles. My Brake pad warning light can on. Te back pads were worn so I order front and back Green pads and installed them. The EBC Green pads only had the sensor slot for the front so I left the back uninstalled. My question is how the heck I turn off the warning light. I is still on, my oil level is ok, my pads are new and the car does not pull in weird directions when I brake hard. Please help.

silver-mini-s,

Were you able to resolve this issue? If so, how?

Does anyone know if newer pads come with the rear wear sensor?

Thanks.

wear sensor

The wear sensor must be what I broke getting the drivers side pads out. ??? No lights yet though. I stuck what was left of it back in the new EBC greens.
