Question Interior Lighting

Yes, I know..I did a search, but it was too much to go through. Here is my question, My MCS only lights up under the dash with the doors open. Isn't the lamp on the ceiling supposed to come on too? Yea, I know...I am also blonde! Humor me please!

if I remember correctly (and I might not) press the middle button to override the permanent shut off mode.

I had found the instructions in my owners manual under interrior lights.

I don't drive too fast ... you just look too slow! We're not lost ... this is the scenic route

Thanks, I appreciate your answer! I am in my office now and my mini is safely tucked away in the underground (let's hope no earthquakes today) garage and didn't have the manual handy.

That happened to me too. Push the middle button and hold it pressed for 10 seconds. It will then deactivate(or activate if inactive) the permanent off mode.

same thing happened to me when I brought home my MCS. I had to "enable" the light.
