rain, snow, sleet...no shine..shine is our friend

im lookin at a MC and MCS...and i have a question
so, those of you out there who live in various areas. I would like to know how the cooper handles in weather. Snow and ice would be a big factor (colorado) but i would also like to know about other conditions
thx
Peng

earlier in the year when we had some seriously bad snow and ice, me and my dad took my cooper out to pick up my mum who was stranded in the VW Golf. on the way we passed various cars without any problems that were skidding all over the place (including one new bmw 5 series). the asc really did it's job. shame dad drove over a field and crashed into a drain cover... but other than that it was great. minis love nice weather though

Per this FAQ: http://www.mini2.com/forum/faq.php?f...winter_driving you should be fine if you buy snow tires for most of the winter. The only real problems are when the snow is deeper then 4", you can't really plow it, so you can get into trouble.

Magic 8-ball was correct. All be in awe of Magic 8 ball.
