Mud Flaps

Boring topic I know but does anyone know if Mini do mud flaps for the MCS

If so, does any one have a pic of what they look like ?

How much do they cost ?

Do the front tyres rub against them if you've got the 17" S spokes ?

Cheers,

Neil

Lots of threads on this if your hunt around.

Short version
- the front ones work well and look good.
- the rear ones look goofy and don't work.
- front ones don't rub with 17" wheels 9don't know about rears but can't see how they could)
- the front ones were <$20
- Get them from the dealer and put them on yourself.

Thanks for that info Gordon.

I did do a search but all it threw up was stuff about the rear flaps and it's only front ones that I'm interested in.

Does anyone have a piccy of what they look like on the car ?

Neil - the fronts are only £7 from your dealer and make very little difference to the looks but help reduce the stone chip damage to the side skirts.

No MINI rears available but you can fit Cannon ones to an S - £10ish from Halfrauds.

As Wul says they are very subtle and do make a big difference - especially in Canada's slushy winter roads. I did have pictures but they seem to have gone amiss.

the are cheap - be a man and just buy the damn things.
