My cooperS vs cooperS w/ 200hp + brembo and more around the track.

Sept 17th. Sunny day and windy. 70-95degree.



My CooperS spec on the track:

intake
exhaust
stock headers
front strut bar
-2.3 camber front , 2.4 camber rear.
22mm rear sway bar.
stock 24mm front sway bar.
stock brakes
18x7 forged wheels + less than half threads falken 451.
and bodykit getting rock chips :sorry: :rant: :enough:


First section the tires were still in good shape. I ran into 3 CooperS w/ pulley, intake, exhaust and ECU upgrades pusing about 200bhp. 1 of them (silver 1 in the video) has brembo and only he pulled on me on straight away ( still didn't help him not getting his azz kicked) other 2 indi blue ones never pulled on me or caught me from behind on straight away.

some integras thought they were so fast just like how they think on the streets would not let me pass! they kept getting in my way while i was chasing the minis.

Second section.

My tires were bald after the hard driving in the morning. Here is a clip my car understeered out to the dirt.

a fast mustang passed me. He was pretty fast but he didnt know someone just spun out on a turn ahead and rocks everywhere. IT was great... I thought i was in the movie "Mummy"

this 1 is just a s2k. i noticed he had possitive camber in the rear right.

After I watched the videos, I was taking some wrong lines hopefully I can improve next time.





In the end of the day, i tried my luck w/ the bald tires. I ended up spun out and scratched 1 of the wheel. Luckily I had massive - camber, otherwise i would have bent the suspension as well. Funny thing is that yesterday was the last day tracking in the mini, because I am building a rx7 for track use right now.

When you were behind that Honda you can really see the way the MINI can pick a new line even mid corner, when the Honda was stuck to it's committed line.

Nice recovery by the Mustang as well !!

That mustang recovered very quick. he had slick tires. he was supposed to be running advance group. maybe he wanted to show off

I couldnt find my union jack for a really long time, but somehow I got mine off from Hartge's mini in their showroom in Germany. I don't know much about the detail because WheelPower helped me with the deal.
I dont plan to refinish the wheel anytime soon. I think this is like a trophy for me.

there is a big track right next to it. that 1 allows to u go 120mph+ on a turn

That is some very cool video footage! Thanks! Why is it that if you have seen one Mustang run a course, you have seen them all? Mustangs must like to get dirty and become confused! They are always playing the dirt facing the wrong way....

the red SVT 1 is just a unexperience driver that thinks he can be quick w/ the quick car. i was confused also when I saw his name on the drivers list. everyone listed the car year, make and model. that SVT guy listed "super fast mustang"
