England UK Dealer Warranties any problems?

Happy new year to you all.
I've had my mini Cooper S for about 3 weeks now and I've started to notice a few things wrong with it (thanks to the MCS forum ).
1--My coolant is low with some brown sludge in the bottom of the expansion tank !I have topped it up once but is low again but I think it still has air in the system. :
2-My steering column creaks at low speeds.
3-My Airbag warning light has decided to come on!
4-My clutch release bearing seems to be making a slight noise in neutral with the clutch pedal out.
the car was registered in Oct 02 and has done 27000 miles.
and was wondering how good the dealer warranty is like as my car is now in its 3rd year of the warranty. Are there any tales of woe are are the excellent.
Also is the only time of a service is on the speedo as the last service was at 10,000miles and its still not due an inspection(what is done in an inspection ?) for another 1000 miles.
Also The TLC only covers Oil changes but is it true that any other parts that need to be replaced the labour is free and you only pay for parts.
I must say I'm a bit mythed at the warranty and service arrangements can anyone advise please.

Is anybody going on the London to Brighton Run this year I went in 2003 in an old shape Mini and the response to the New Mini was of disgust is the new Mini starting to be accepted now?

Zanhar,

I've had the coolant problem with my Cooper and they've carried out the air tests and found it not to have a problem, is it a greeny browny colour? The dealer should be able to carry out a test but there is a possibility that this will be described as "normal", as has been the case with my Cooper.

Regards
Christopher
