| That's probably because they have no MINI sales people at the moment  I reckon all their MINI orders have dropped off since Kelly left Rich Finding blood in your stools is nature's way of saying "don't drink so much blood". |

| Nope - not heard a thing for a month or so. They were going to send a "new" accessories brochure but that hasn't happened either <sigh>. My car's not due til October, but I'd like a test drive soon anyway! Also want to see a DS in the flesh as I might be persuaded to switch from black if it looks good. | So are you erring away from EB then  I've decided on DS with black roof after a visit to the Cowley plant car park to take a peek. I haven't changed my mind for over three weeks now so it's looking good  I can then get a sunroof too, but costs are now escalating even higher as I think a GPS tracker is a good idea. So we are now creeping closer to the £20k mark  MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime Unofficial MINI2.com bean counter |

| I actually quite like EB - seen heaps of them on the road in and around a certain Oxfordshire town (not Cowley either!) but what "puts me off" is that you can't get body-coloured wing mirrors! I like the idea of a body colour roof, but the mirrors are then black. Black and DS appears to look cool, whereas the black mirrors on EB just remind me of Mickey Mouse! White isn't an option as it would be black with flies/ants/squirrels/ etc within minutes. The S has body-coloured bumpers, grill and rear number plate light so why not mirrors? | I'm sure with a bit of persuasion you can get milcars to paint the mirrors the right colour too IMO the DS/black combo looks mean, moody and agressive and that's the look I'm after. All black would look stunning but I just couldn't live with a solid black car. Cosmos black is hard enough to keep clean!!! MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. | My test drive is booked on Monday 10th June at 1pm with Altwood Maidenhead. I hope they have put a few miles on it by then so I don't feel quite so bad about doing 7000 rpm! |
