About to order: Interior questions

Well, all my options are decided and i'm about to order, except for one last thing... The Interior. I really like the Lapis Blue leather and have seen plenty of good pictures of that. However, I am also looking at the octagon red cloth/leather (which i've found a few pics of) and the black/grey space cloth (which I have found no pictures of). So if anyone could help me out with a few good comparison pics, particularly of the grey/black cloth, I would very much appreciate it. As soon as I nail this down i'm putting my order in!

I don't have any pics for you, but I have seen all those in real life and the Lapis Blue/Black is on a level of it's own in my opinion.

If you go to www.mini2.com/forum/memberlist.php?do=search you can enter the specs you want to see (make sure the "MINI Gallery" option is set to yes) and you should find plenty of pics.

You may also want to check out this thread in the Interior/Ice section. There is a black/gray combination on the bottom of the first page.

Good luck with your decision -- it is hard to pick from so many good options.

Indimini, thanks for the link! That was exactly what I was looking for.

And Paul, I did try the search function. Unfortunately I could only manage to narrow in on generic interior shots. Found plenty of the blue, a few of the red and none of the black/grey. Didn't feel like spending a few more hours searching. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

Well, after viewing all the pictures I am still torn! Definitely going to be the red or the blue. The question is money, resale value, and my gut feelings on them. This is part of the fun of spec'ing a mini I suppose. Didn't have that problem with my S2000!

Like I say, try the memberlist search, chose the spec you want and make sure that "Personal Gallery" is set to "yes". It's the quickest and easiest way to try and find photos of the spec you want.

There's more for red etc too if you search there.

Nope, the search page I used was much more generic. This looks like a handy tool. Thanks for the tip.

I need to make it more obvious as it's very handy. Less results, but more accurate, as long as people complete their MINI profiles OK.

Yep, inaccurate profiles really mess up the system. I tried looking for pics of R91 wheels (Bullets) and the resulting pics have just about everything but...
