buying a new MCS. I want advice please

I am about to buy a new MCS (live in Cyprus). And I asked the dealer for the JCW kit. He told me CYP4200 = GBP4,953.59 (installed).
I have a question for you guys.

Does it cost the same if you get your MCS with installed the JCW?

If i install the kit after I buy the car do I get all the parts that will be replaced ?

How much does it cost for the aerodynamic kit in the UK painted and installed. Here in cyprus the dealer told me that it is about 2000GBP? I believe this is NOT a fair price.

and
could i buy the MCS with the R99 (double spoke) alloys or do i have to buy them separetely?
