Been about 250 recently, but mainly stop/start town stuff with air con on full blast. Long journeys about 300.

Sounds about right - how low have you managed to get the instantaneous fuel consumption? I've manged 14mpg, but someone at work has managed <10mpg when top-speed testing.

As an aside, since fitting a JCM exhaust, it's apparent that quite a bit of unburnt fuel is finding its way into the exhaust. Is this a boost plus valve overlap "feature", or do I need a remap?

yeh Rakey - it's a bugger when you have to let up off the throttle sometimes, isn't it?!
