 U Turn !! I Love the Cooper S!! But I Ain't swapping.........Yet! I love the S, it goes well sounds well and looks well, but we are soooo happy withy out pure silver cooper with its Chilli Pack, Climate, sunroof etc etc that we are sticking to it. Besides it will give us something to aim for next year! we have been deliberating *A Lot* but will wait and save up until later and get the spec we want. on reflection our cooper has the same suspension as the S, the same brakes , just lacks a little ummph. A tribute to how good the Cooper is really. However this won't stop me visiting the S forum as I love all the discusions and pics. Bye for now....  Roblad New MINI....more than the sum of its parts.  |

| I am really getting ****ed off with the wait.  I put my deposit down in August, I was 3rd on the list so WHY I am having to wait until mid-August.The worst part of it is that I am driving a clapped out Volvo when I should be driving a Mini. Why because BMW sold me a ***** car. I am sick of the ***** service I am getting from BMW, they should be bending backwards to get me my car ASAP yet they are sitting on their arse. They don't give a flying ****. Sorry for the rant but I have seriously had enough. BMW give me my car.!!!!! |

| LMB, 'our' Cooper S (also allegedly No.3 on the list) should be ready to collect from Elms the Friday after next. It's going to be hard seeing Abi's dad drive off in it knowing it could have been mine!  |

| Try dealing with the fact that your car is sitting at the VPC for more than a month and your dealer says it's not being worked on, just waiting for.....something. I feel your pain. When the car arrives, it better be perfect. Otherwise, I may wait 30 days to accept the car. I'm almost ready to buy something else. I was apparently not meant to motor. |

| Thank god there's not another car out there like the S. We've got enough problems making choices over just one car, imagine if there were more to choose from Just be grateful that you don't have £150k to spend. Look at the problems you've got then choosing between the exotica MINI, RX8 and MX5 - Done those............. It's now TTime  Unofficial MINI2.com bean counter |
