Sorry to hear about ur car - jealous cowardly !**?* should be strung up for doing this sort of thing! I was so paranoid about this happening to my car for the first year i had it i would'nt park it in town at night and brought my boyf's car (his had been keyed before!)
Hope it gets fixed as good as new and the little scrote is caught and has his hands chopped off! Sometimes Saudi law looks very tempting, would certainly make people like this think twice before knicking badges or damaging property!
This is the most unprofessional bit of site management I have seen since I was banned from a certain other site...at least they had the excuse that they were enthusiasts who had strong views and not professionals paid to keep thier cool!
Ive had my Mini for just over a year and it was bought 2nd hand without a scratch on it. Since Ive had it, 2 people have opened their car doors on me. Its only tiny scratches, but annoying nonetheless.
People have no respect for their own property, as theirs mustve got damaged as well, and other peoples.
For this very reason I went for Protected No Claims on my Insurance this year... Its paid off as my car has been damaged by sombody brushing past it... as well as that i refuse to take it to Tesco now as some randomer hit it with a trolly on passanger door.
I thik people that key cars or cause damage then run and hide should recive some sort of punishment.... perhaps involving a cactus
First off Keying and Dooring cars there is no excuse, but sometimes its the owner thats partly to blame.
i if in a supermarket car park park a good bit away from the main door to avoid the above (barring exes!) but some people would park inside the supermarket/shop if they could,i am not saying this is the case here, but if you are trying to avoid this sort of thing use the hed as they say up here in Scotland, park a bit away to avoid the crowds, its worked fine for me so far.
my last car was doored so much it affected the trade in price,it was down to parking near the front doors to shops at my local retail park.
look at it this way,the people who park near the door, are moslty in a rush,so why would they give a dam about the car next to them by getting out their car more slowly ,to avoid bumping it.
I Really Feel For You
i woke up yesterday to find someone had bashed the back of my car overnight and kindly NICKED OFF! there as a dent the size of a tennis ball in my boot !!!... Along with some very fetching scratch's.... i am also totally gutted
LOOKS LIKE A VAN HAS OPENED ITS DOOR ONTO MY BOOT.. bumper also slightly cracked !!... really dont want to make a claim as my insurance is bad enough - its a catch 22 !! ...
Hope you get it sorted soo -its always a worry tho, i would like a big electric fence around mine
Sorry to hear about that. There truly is a lot of slimeballs out their who have no regard for other peoples property. Sounds like an uninsured driver which is the curse of the roadnetworks. this is what you get when we police the roads with cameras and not people. Sorry to rant on but this topic is very close to my heart as i have had the same done to my old MCS. I now leave my brand new 56 mcsc thinking will it be the same when i return or will it ether be keyed, driven into or stolen. Nice country we live in.
Had this happen years ago by a stalker i had at the time, it's just a huge pity these b******* are never caught. But there again even if they were caught i don't think they would do much. Police are only interested in speeding and road tax dodgers.
