Mini Cooper TOOLKIT

Hi can anyone tell me if there should be a toolkit in my 2002 mini cooper as I have run flat tyres and no wheel in the boot just a little section under the carpet where I think a toolkit might go but not sure if I should have one??? I have a warning triangle in the boot but that is it.

I have a 2002 MINI Cooper and it came with the tool kit below the carpet in the boot. I have non-runflat tyres on mine.

I have runflats and a tool kit.
The tool kit lives in the passenger side rear compartment. Theres a spanner, a screwdriver ( which has 2 ends WHOOOOHOOOO ) and a bent allen key for my sunroof if it goes wrong

But you dont get a jack and stuff if thats what you mean. What would you do with it?

Good girls are just bad girls who haven't been caught yet.

Mini's should come standard with jack and wrench

I have a 2015 Mini Cooper Hard Top run flat version. right now my car is flat flat to the ground outside my garage and im not comfortable driving this to the dealership for repair. looking at the back of the vehicle i noticed that there's no jack and wrench but there's that tow eye tool and a torx screw. no jack and wrench. Mini's doesn't come with jack and wrench according to San Francisco Mini Service if you have a run flat vehicle. it's so freakin' stupid. if i got a flat tire in the middle of I-5 San Francisco to Los Angeles (400 miles drive) or in the middle of I-80 California to New York (3000 miles drive) then what am i gonna do. wait for road side assistance to tow my truck to dealership. well, i called Road Side Assistance at around 10:11am and received a text from the tow truck company that said "Service ID 55767536 10:25am Order accepted your ETA 12:05. that's almost 2 hours from the time i called "Mini Roadside Assistance" the tow truck company is about 1.5 mile from my place. to make this story short if i have a jack and wrench then i can do this thing myself remove the tires call "Uber" and take it to the shop and get it repair. If i want to replace this run flat tire with snow tire i have to call roadside assistance to replace my tire or go to the dealership for them to replace my tires. four tires doesn't fit inside the vehicle that means i have to load two tire at a time to get it replace by Mini-BMW Service Center. Price to replace one tire at the dealership is $254 out the door. Again, no matter what Mini's should come standard with 'Jack and Wrench" for emergency.
