Hey getting my other half's Mini Cooper wheel alignment done tomorrow, it's 2003 and has the 175 pirelli p6000 tyres on the 15" wheels.
Just wondering if anyone has accurate settings as I'm taking it to kwikfit for the meanwhile and they can tend to be clueless most of the time and go by wall charts for the settings
Front Camber -0.5 degrees +/- 0.5 - (i.e. 0 to -1.0 degrees) not adjustable, if it's off, something's bent -
can buy and install camber plates to adjust - this will raise ride height a little.
Front Toe is about 0.2 degrees toe in (or about 1/8 inch) - I'd set them to 0 or 1/16" toe in myself.
Rear Camber -1.5 degrees +/- 0.5 (i.e. -1.0 to -2.0 degrees)- not adjustable on a 2003, if it's off, something's bent
can buy and install 2 or 4 adjustable rear control arms to adjust.
Most people would set in the -1.0 to -1.5 range in that case.
Rear toe is about 0.3 degrees (or about 3/16 inch) - I'd set them to 1/16 - 1/8" toe in myself
- can be adjusted by moving the trailing arm bolt positions
I forget the front caster spec - but it's in my Bentley and Haynes manuals at home (non-adjustable stock -
there are two ways to change it with aftermarket parts, however - certain camber/caster plates and certain control arm bushing replacements).
If you need them and/or a more precise regurgitation of the toe in values, I can look them up and post them tonight when I get home.
