Replaceing Radiator 2004

I will be replacing the rad in my 2004 Cooper and have seen it is a bit more work taking the front end off than most other cars I have done before. Since I am dismantling so much at one can anyone recommend other parts I should replace at the same time? Should I do the thermostat, any hoses, or any other engine parts while I have easy access even though I don't know of any issues?

The car has 136000km on it and is now primarily for getting to/from work (15km each way)

Also any pointers on doing the rad swap? When refilling coolant how much will it take to fill the system again?
Anyone used these rads before? carid . com/2004-mini-cooper-cooling-parts/replace-radiator-5178540.html

Thanks!
